About Us
Led by Cuong Tu Le (“Johnny”) — Tax Accountant • Real Estate Broker • Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent
I came to the U.S. at 17 with my parents, settling in Falls Church, VA in early 1996 and moving to Raleigh, NC in 1997. I finished high school and college while working cleanup, car wash, yard work, and waiting tables, eventually joining corporate America at Cree (RTP).
In 2007 I left corporate to build my own path: first real estate and tax, then mortgage, immigration document preparation, and most recently life & health insurance. I opened my first nail salon in 2004, the second in 2020, and I’m planning the third. A lifetime of learning lets me solve client problems faster and more effectively.
I married my amazing wife Thu Le in 2003 in Raleigh — she manages our salons with heart. We have three children and a beautiful granddaughter. Off-hours, I enjoy fishing, yardwork, movies, and caring for my koi fish.
